Tune in at high noon New Years Day ladies and gents and join a crew of CFMH yahoos for the 11+ hour long countdown of the 2nd Annual CFMH Top 107.3 Records of 2008!

That's right, shake out them New Years Eve cobwebs with a gaggle of us CFMH weirdos! Marvel, laugh and learn from our mistakes as we suffer the effects of the first hangover of the New Year live on the public airwaves!

Big props to CFMH Music Director Peter MacDonald for compiling the master list. You can also look forward to hearing hosting action from Derek Wurts, Adam Mowery, Arif Hussain, Brian Cleveland and many more!

The pre-recorded pre-game preview of those records what didn't make the cut starts at 12 noon and the live campus and community circus kicks into gear at 1pm. That's all LIVE on the airwaves, straight through from 12 noon to at least 10pm New Years Day, on CFMH 107.3fm or online at www.cfmh.ca. Dig it dawgs!

Just wanted to let everyone in on the good news that Slack Sabbath will officially be going on again next semester with one small change that will hopefully appease most working folks - we'll be moving to 5pm! That's right, all semester long, wonderful people of all ages can come on down to Col. Tuckers on Fridays at 5pm to soak in FREE live music and some of the cheapest drinks in town. And, as always, this will be broadcast live.

If you are in a band that would like to play (we can't pay much, but you do get a live recording out of it), then you can contact Jud or myself (click contact us). Please don't hesitate. We've had lots of different bands of various genres (Shep, Mazord, Gary Flanagan, Sleepyhead, Adam Mowery, etc.) play last semester and it was a blast for everyone involved.

Stay tuned for more info!
